Legacy Engravings is a one-person studio run by Tyler Rosekrans. This page explains what information the site collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Effective June 2026.
What we collect
- Contact information you send by email when inquiring about a piece or commission.
- Order details processed by Stripe when you buy a piece — name, shipping address, and payment confirmation. Card numbers never touch this site.
- Basic request logs (IP address, user agent, referring page) kept for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry, schedule the work, and ship the finished piece.
- To prevent fraud and abuse of the site.
- To occasionally show your commissioned piece in portfolio or social posts — only with your consent.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the third parties that make the site and the order possible: Stripe (payments), the shipping carrier for delivery, and our hosting and database providers. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies
The public site does not set marketing or analytics cookies. Logged-in studio admin sessions use a single secure cookie for authentication.
Your choices
Email tyler@legacy-engravings.com to ask what we have on file, request a correction, or have your data deleted. We respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
