Est. — Custom engravings · fiber laser

Heirloom marks, cut by hand.

A studio of one — Tyler Rosekrans. Old-world designs, modern precision.

Western scrollwork, eagles, filigree — drawn by hand, cut by fiber laser into knives, magazines, and keepsakes meant to outlast the hand that bought them.

02 / Selected work

Pieces, recently completed.

03 / Commission

Designed once, cut clean across the run — for shops, brands, and crews who'd rather hand out something worth keeping.

04 / Process

Drawn by hand, cut by laser.

Every design is custom — never stock, never clipart. The drawing is the work; the fiber laser is just how it gets faithful to the metal, to a thousandth, every time.

“The design is the work. The laser is just my graver.”
— Tyler Rosekrans

    Sketch

Pencil first. Every commission begins on paper — sized to the piece, refined until the scrollwork sits where it should.

  2. ii.

    Vector

The drawing is rebuilt in LightBurn — every curve a path, every fill a layer. Nothing leaves the screen until it's the drawing, exactly.

  3. iii.

    Burn

Fiber laser, locked to the file. Depth, speed, and pass count tuned to the metal — the line comes through clean to a thousandth.

    Finish

Cleaned, contrasted, and inspected under loupe. The piece leaves the bench when it's ready — and not before.
