    Sourced or supplied. Every commission begins from an image — chosen for the line, the weight, the way the scrollwork will sit on the piece.

    Trace

    Pulled into LightBurn and rebuilt as vector — every curve a path, every fill a layer. Sized to the piece, refined until it sits where it should.

  3. iii.

    Burn

    Fiber laser, locked to the file. Depth, speed, and pass count tuned to the metal — the line comes through clean to a thousandth.

  4. iv.

    Finish

    Cleaned, contrasted, and inspected under loupe. The piece leaves the bench when it's ready — and not before.
